At Sonderegger & Co. AG, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off or Collection
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup via our logistics partner.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
